    The foundation of M/s Amit Engineers, was laid down in the year 1988 in the Industrial town of Gujarat i.e Vapi. Initially the company started its business with job work. Amit Engineers is a full service engineering and consulting firm. In 1990, the factory building of the company was set-up for manufacturing process. It was in the year of 1993, the company started its business of manufacturing Paper Mill Machineries and spares along with job work. This was the first step of company into the Pulp & Paper Machinery sector. Since then, we have expanded our capabilities, our technologies and our technical staff for rendering quality services and develop a new era of production to paper industry, in which we have always been successful.

    All types of Pulpers including it's rotating assembly, impellers & screen plates.

    High Density Ceanser

    Large diameter forward cleansers capable of processing several hundred tons of fiber per day.

    Extractor Press

    Is to squeeze out as much as possible, where the wet fiber web passes between large rolls under high pressure.

    Cylinder Mould

    Provide the forming surface through which water drains to leave rhe fibers matted in a sheet.

    Size Press

    Size presss on a paper machine is to apply a solution of strach or other material onto the surface.

    Web Cleaning System

    It is vacuum system that is specifically designed to efficiently remove dirt, dust, lint and etc.

    • What facilities we have at our workshop?

      We have in-house manufacturing facility where we carry out fabrication work and machining work. Our machineries include Horizontal Lathe Machines with machining Diameter up to 1500mm and Facelength up to 4000mm, Horizontal Boring machine, Vertical Turret Lathe, Milling Machine, Planar Machine, Shaping machine, Drilling machine and Computerized Dynamic Balancing Machine with capacity upto 5 metric tones.
